I completely understand that unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully request that you provide as much of a notice as possible (preferably 24 hours) so I have ample time to fill your spot. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the full service. If I cannot accommodate you, I will reschedule your appointment for another time. If you no call and no show for your appointment, the card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service total. This is to pay for the time reserved for your service that I cannot fill due to lack of communication. A credit card on file is required to make an appointment. This card can be used to check out after your service is complete or you may pay with another card, cash, or Venmo. Thank you for your understanding!
